I would substitute "Boston" by Augustana in place of "Anna Begins" to more fully honor the zeitgeist of the list. Then I'd put "A Long December" by the Counting Crows in the number 12 spot (sorry Collective Soul).
I accept your sustitutions with the admission that "August and Everything After" as an album title doesn't count, when there aren't other album titles qualifying other tracks on the list.
Don't feel bad for Collective Soul, either. They had their chance.
